Eco Smart Buildings
The LESH Company builds 21st Century state of the art Condominium complexes that leverage suitable architecture for environmentally friendly lifestyles. The buildings are kept free from environmental toxins by restricting the use of toxic chemicals such as lead and asbestos in the construction and daily operation. Clean water harvested from rain is coupled with digital technology that automates the clean power delivery systems, and smart appliances to provide healthy, secure and convenient daily living.
A smart building uses sensors and algorithms to monitor and control the environment and security of the property. For example, internal air quality is measured by sensors that monitor oxygen and carbon dioxide levels to detect emergency or to regulate fresh air flow through central air conditioners of the building.

Digital Security
The use of Artificial Intelligence, AI, algorithms and digital key-cards to control access to the condominium, to individual units within the condominium, and to amenities for residents, are now standard tools for building security.
Closed Circuit Television, CCTV, cameras are used to monitor entrances and exits form the building and this is fed directly to digital channels that can be accessed from monitors in each unit of the condominium.

Smart Building, Smart Appliances
Building are like lungs because they provide a constant flow of oxygen and remove carbon dioxide from occupants of the building. With this analogy in mind, careful attention is paid to air flow and air filter in each room of the building. Air quality is monitored using flow sensors, and oxygen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide sensors in the central air ducts and air conditioners that provide fresh air and remove waste gases from the building.
The air is also monitored for allergens and toxins that can injure health of the occupants, and alarms and actuators are used to respond automatically while informing residents of the dangers that exist and the need to take action.
