Eco Friendly Communities

A gated community or subdivision in which residents commit to environment friendly living with clean energy and eliminating cancer causing pollution is the goal of the LESH Company. Purchasing a home in our subdivisions comes with the commitment and responsibility to maintain the community values and with the dividend of safety, security and stability.

  Renewable Energy

  Our communities have a hybrid power supply which comprise grid power, Solar Energy and Wind Turbines. The excess energy is sold to the national grid where it supplements peak energy supply. The connection to the national grid also allows us to use grid power in off-peak periods and to power industrial equipment and services, laundry, electric stoves and ovens, and rapid chargers for electric vehicles. This arrangement provides reliable and stable low-carbon power supply without the frequent blackouts that are part of daily life in the rest of the country.

  Secure Community

  The security of Gated communities derives form the fact that members of the community agree to maintain standards by signing a covenant that describe what is acceptable and unacceptable to the community. Additionally, they agree to exclude disruption to community values by policing the entry and exits from the community. This is an effective way to preserve security, and property value in the community.

  The LESH Company implements additional security by data driven algorithms and methods using sensors to monitor the community. Community members also play a role in preserving security and safety by modeling the values they agreed to when they signed the covenant, for example, by not leaving garage doors open and unattended.

  Clean Environment

  A clean environment is the pre-condition to healthy life, so removing toxic chemicals from the environment and restricting them from daily use in LESH Company subdivisions and properties will prevent cancers and auto-immune disease. Therefore, the LESH Company makes careful selection of building materials and paints to exclude hazardous chemicals such as lead, mercury and asbestos from the buildings and the environment. Additionally, garbage collection, sewage treatment and waste disposal are handled according to strict guidlines that meet international standards. Rain Water is harvested and purified for delivery to residences and gray water is treated and purified befor it is released into the environment or recycled.
